CSF Proteins takes its environmental responsibility seriously and has robust systems and controls in place to minimise our impacts on the environment and the amenity of our neighbours. We strive to continuously improve our environment performance.
We will continue to keep the community informed about any operational changes that may affect local residents.
In addition, we continue to monitor odour, including through our own observations and via independent contractors.

The hours of direct contact are Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm. An after-hours message service is available 24/7, 365 days a year.
Your calls are important to us please leave a message if contacting outside of business hours, and CSF Proteins will respond in under one business day.
- Note; when calling or emailing odour complaints, if possible please include a brief description of the smell, your location approximately as well as any direction in which you believe the smell is coming from. All this valuable information can help with the investigation and ensure we respond appropriately to mitigate any issues on site.
